			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The San Diego Ad Club released a list of the area&#8217;s 100 most enduring brands to mark the club&#8217;s 100th anniversary.</p>
<p>I am surprised they were able to dig up 100 brands that they liked, given corporations&#8217; notorious Achilles heel effort. But given the Ad Club&#8217;s 100th anniversary, it was a notable, if not arduous effort, not to mention a good way to land a nice story on the front page of the San Diego Union-Tribune&#8217;s Business section. These admen and women know a thing or two about PR!</p>
