The San Diego Ad Club released a list of the area’s 100 most enduring brands to mark the club’s 100th anniversary.
I am surprised they were able to dig up 100 brands that they liked, given corporations’ notorious Achilles heel effort. But given the Ad Club’s 100th anniversary, it was a notable, if not arduous effort, not to mention a good way to land a nice story on the front page of the San Diego Union-Tribune’s Business section. These admen and women know a thing or two about PR!
